Regarding commercial renovations:

The design of your commercial space is very important because it's your clients first view of who you are as a company.

Worn carpets, uncomfortable furnishings, outdated artwork or accessories and bad lighting may leave a negative impression and may not relate the actual success that you've worked so hard for.

Throughout the years I've been called on to handle an even mix

of commercial and residential design jobs.

My design is tasteful, artistic and unique...

taking into consideration the overall "feel" and function of the business, home, or building.

The settings I've worked on include (but are not limited to):

Offices (multiple), lobbies, banks, restaurants, hospitality (hotel, motel, convention halls and boardrooms), gymnasiums and classrooms...Even a mortuary and chapel!

Regarding new projects:

I have learned from the ground up how to specify and bid a commercial job, read plans, relate to architects, general contractors, sub-contractors and fellow design professionals, order material, schedule installations, meet deadlines, apply district codes and so on.
